Excellent service,, pleasant experience! Our salesperson, Alex Delgado, was very professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly he was never high pressure, answered all of our questions to Our salesperson, Alex Delgado, was very professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly he was never high pressure, answered all of our questions to our mutual satisfaction and very respectful at all times. He made sure we were comfortable and offered us refreshments throughout the sales process. After the sale , he escorted us to Brent Penn who like Alex was a true professional. Brent presented his part of the sales process , again with no high pressure whatsoever and allowed us to make our decisions on the spot or whenever we felt comfortable at home. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and one I can reflect on and not be hesitant to recommend Northside Lexus to anyone shopping for a Lexus. More
