What turned out to be a bad first experience on a Saturday had us driving off the lot in the new car we wanted and a great deal the following Wednesday. They heard our experience, took it seriously, Saturday had us driving off the lot in the new car we wanted and a great deal the following Wednesday. They heard our experience, took it seriously, addressed the issues, and then won us back. Dealing with SM James Brown, SC Ruben Silva, and GM Brent Williams, was the experience we had hoped for all along and we are glad we gave them a second chance. We would recommend and deal with any of these three gentlemen again. More
