Hello, everyone! My name is Bret Hines and I am a Service Advisor who has worked in the automotive industry for 30 years. In June of 2009, I became a part of the Rallye BMW team. Known as a nice, honest, and genuine guy who loves to joke around, but always gets the job done. My customers and co-workers can depend on me to help when needed. I am never pushy and always upfront; only sell our customers what they truly need. Making sure the vehicles of our guests are handled in a timely manner is my priority. A little about myself: I studied at SUNY Farmingdale. Enjoy discussions about muscle cars. I’m a big fan of the New York Rangers. Softball is one of my favorite hobbies. I also like going to car shows – I own a classic 1967 Chevy Chevelle. I have a true passion for helping others, which makes this the perfect career choice for me.

A Fantastic Dealership. James Devicchio is a great service adviser. Cares about his Customers and always delivers on what he says. I never get concerned about my BMW, over the many years of BMW OWNERSHIP and being Rallye’s customer for over a decade I would recommend them always. More

excellent job of accommodating me with no prior date I happened to be near the dealership when I realized I needed an over due oil change which I had not called in advance about. Excellent Energency Last Minute Service We drove in from out of town and a warning light came on which needed immediate attention. We needed to have this issue addressed before we drove bac We drove in from out of town and a warning light came on which needed immediate attention. Amazing. Everytime! Brett Hines, my service advisor has always taken care of me the past 4 years, whether it be with my old BMW or the new one we purchased. Service time Brett Hines, my service advisor has always taken care of me the past 4 years, whether it be with my old BMW or the new one we purchased. Service time is always in and out - I ask for a loaner and they are super great about providing one (no questions asked). I love the feature of knowing our names and information as soon as we pull up, which means less waiting around. I have dealt with plenty of dealerships, and Rallye BMW has always lived up to its great reputation!!!! I love the brand and love this dealership even more! More
