Dealership typically has good quality used cars. Don’t expect to negotiate price. 2nd car I’ve bought and just trying to negotiate to a fair market price with the sales manager is impossible. We appreciated the care that was taken to make sure our car was in tiptop shape before releasing it to us to purchase. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our car also came with a limited warranty, since we had never had that experience purchasing used cars in the past. Our interactions with Isabel were enjoyable and low key. She was pleasant and friendly, seemed to enjoy her job, and we felt like she really cared about us and did her best to make our experience the best it could be! She was great about communicating with us, keeping us updated about what was happening with the car when it was in the shop and arranging for us to come pick it up. This was our first time doing business with Pappas, and if we’re ever in the market for a Toyota again, they will be our first stop - and we’ll ask for Isabel!! Oh, and we are LOVING our gently used 2014 Toyota Venza! More
