We initially reached out to Isabel at Pappas Toyota about a car for my teen in August 2021, and Isabel was the one to help me since we had previously purchased my Sienna XLE from her mom. Although we didn’t buy my son car from her or Pappas; we were so impressed with her honesty and patience; that we decided to only deal with her and Pappas for our next new vehicle purchase. So, I contacted Isabel on Thursday, September 16th about purchasing a new 21 Toyota Highlander. She texted me all the available vehicles, their prices, trade allowance and rebates. On Friday, I arrived at the dealership to test drive and was greeted with a smile and hello. Also, kudos for the great patience shown; even with her not feeling well at the time. While at the dealership, she introduced me to Brett Bales from Finance to have a few questions answered that I had about finance and warranties. On Saturday, when my wife and I arrived at the dealership Isabel had two different Highlander’s parked side by side for my wife and I to look and she showed great knowledge of Toyota brand. We finally decide to make a purchase on Saturday, September 20th and Isabel had played a major role in our decision, by the way she kept us informed every step of the way. She even put up with my impatience when I would reach out for updates on various issues. I highly recommend buying from Pappas - and would consider buying from them again in the future. Thank you!!! Isabel is extremely genuine and sweet sales associate. Probably one of the first ever who is not completely playing the game. Someone you can sit down with and have a real conversation with. She will be completely open and honest with you about what you’re purchasing so the transparency piece is awesome and do her best to get you what’s available. Couldn’t really believe when she told me she’s been doing it for a couple months. Well spoken and very professional. Would recommend buying a car from her and will in the future if she’s still around. Dealership was clean and associates were nice. Thanked me for my service (being military). They did try to break everything down for me best they could. Gave the dealership a 4 star because I went to trade in my vehicle and depending if I bought a new or used car depended on how much they would give me for the trade. Pretty annoyed about that but was in a time crunch due to traveling soon. Was not on Isabel. That was what the owner/manager was saying. So at that point I knew bargaining was off the table. Bought a Camry full MSRP and added packages. Everything else was spot on. Recommend as long as you’re not trying to trade in. And shoutout to Brett, Toyota financing finally offered me a lower rate. Couldn’t used due to personal administrative reasoning. Super funny and personable guy More
