He was very polite, patient, and courteous toward me. He made sure that I had the time I needed to make decisions throughout the entire car purchasing process. He told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was interested in, he answered every question I had, and if he did not know exactly how to respond he went to find that information out. In the end, I am happy to be driving away with my very first car this day! Thank you Mike Murphy Ford for being such a great place and thank you Brett for your excellent customer service.
