We had looked at the 2019 Ford Escape on Sunday night. Returned Monday morning and received assistance from Brett, who made the experience stress-free. He listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us to consider something else. After the test drive, we purchased the vehicle. Brett is very knowledgeable about the features on our new "smart car". Two days later, he helped us when we had trouble connecting my husband's smart phone to the navigation system. We love our new Escape and plan to enjoy it for years to come. More

Made everything simple and easy, and I’ve never experienced that before at any dealership. Absolutely no hassle from him or anybody. I’m the type of person who CANT STAND PUSHY SALESMEN. And for the first time in my life, I didn’t have any lol. Mike Murphy himself came around and made sure we were taken care of on more than one occasion. This was my first time at this dealership, I usually keep my guard up at dealerships with multiple bad experiences. But something told me this one would be different and I’m glad I listened to my gut this time. If your looking for a Ford “or really anything” definitely come here first and ask for Brett you’ll be happy you did. More
