Above and beyond my expectations! I had been looking online for a vehicle for several weeks, willing to catch a plane or do a one way car rental and driving to go pick up a car for the I had been looking online for a vehicle for several weeks, willing to catch a plane or do a one way car rental and driving to go pick up a car for the right deal but was finding it to be surprisingly difficult to find a salesperson that would communicate or be helpful once they knew I was out of state. Being in sales myself I understand a sales person would consider an out of state buyer a low priority versus a customer on the lot, but I was getting frustrated feeling like I wasn’t being taken seriously. So.... I found a vehicle I was interested in at Mike Murphy Ford (on Wednesday) and was quickly turned over to my salesman Brett who was very responsive to my questions and to getting me additional information about the vehicle I was interested in. Brett addressed a couple concerns I had and we worked out the sale Friday afternoon, I rented a car first thing Saturday morning and I drove 440 miles to finish the sale and to pick up my car. Not only did Brett get me a great deal on the car I wanted, he came in on his day off to meet me and to make sure everything went smooth with the sale (even though I told him that wasn’t necessary) To top it off, because of how late in the afternoon I got to the dealership, Brett knowing I still needed to get my rental car back to Hertz he followed me to drop the rental car off, picked me up and drove me back to the dealership (now closed) even though I would have happily grabbed an Uber or cab to not have had to inconvenience him anymore than I already had. Being in sales myself, I always appreciate another salesperson that goes the extra mile like Brett did and would recommend Brett and Mike Murphy Ford without hesitation. After my car was totaled he arranged for someone to drive the RAV4 I was interested in to me for me to test drive from their lot in Morton Illinois to Lincoln Illinois. He then called me later to see how I felt about the RAV4. He and the finance Dept. Worked to get me the best price and the best finance rate. Brett programmed the navigation system for me and even programed the Bluetooth Hands Free phone system for me. Before I left he handed me a Gas Card to fill up my tank. My RAV4 is wonderful. It is immaculate with only 23,000 miles and drives like a dream! I recommend Mike Murphy Ford and ask for Brett Bergman!! More

She drove that car until 2018 she was 90 years old, she loved that car. I could not believe how the Dealership has changed, there was a huge selection of cars to look at. The wife and I were looking at the Lincoln MKX's that we saw online. Our experience with Brett Bergman was excellent. He was very friendly, honest and helpful. We are the type of people that don't want to spend all day at a car dealership. Brett was extremely helpful in making the process go as smooth, efficient and quick as possible. We love our new Lincoln MKX. More
