Great experience! Nobody accosted us in the parking lot - we wandered around and looked at various models before we went inside. Cooper was so friendly and helpful! We had questions about leasing vs. purchase, about different models and features and he answered them all without trying to push us towards a specific car or specific features. He let us choose based on the information we had researched, his answers to our questions and our test drives. The model we wanted, in the color we wanted with the features we wanted was not on their lot, but they found it and we picked it up that afternoon! Brett was great with all the paperwork - again, friendly and helpful! Claire walked us through all the features, synced my phone and of course, friendly and helpful! Love our new Forester! More

No pressure to decide or buy, they really wanted us to made the right decision for our family and situation. We did and finalized our 2016 Outback purchase without a hitch or lengthy negotiations. Their pricing is extremely competitive and makes the hassle of lengthy negotiations non-existent. More
