Best car buying experience ever! I was so happy with my purchase of my new Impreza. I got to work with Karl Anderson who sold me my car. He was such a nice guy and very helpful! He answered all of my questions and if he didn't know, he asked someone who knew. Then we went over to finance and I got to meet Brett, he was such a cool guy. Super fun and made the car buying experience that much easier. Even gave me some tips with paying my bills. I also got to meet Claire, who helped me use all the cool stuff in my car. She was such a sweetheart! Answered all the questions I had before I even asked them. I would definitely recommend buying from Shingle Springs Subaru. :) More

Effective and efficient (no game playing). I went in just looking for information regarding a possible trade. I was deciding whether it was worth trading and/or selling privately my 2014 Subar I went in just looking for information regarding a possible trade. I was deciding whether it was worth trading and/or selling privately my 2014 Subaru Impreza Sport . I was incredibly unhappy with the CVT transmission of this vehicle! I was also skeptical because Maita Subaru was pushy/full of pressure and I was lied to regarding the vehicle the availability of manual transmissions. At Shingle Springs there was no pushing; we were taken straight to the vehicles we were interested in, test drove, able to discuss numbers based on verbal information and allowed time to discuss with out seller pressure. Agreed to credit check to get live numbers and allowed more time to discuss without pressure. All questioned were answered effectively. Process was fast and efficient. No games, no BS and no lies. More
