They gave us a great deal on a brand new E300 which was really difficult to find because of our color and option specifications (we had several other dealers working to find us the same car). They got the car to Owings Mills from another dealership 100+ miles away, on time, to specification and within budget. The trifecta! We got all weather mats FOC and a gift card! The personalised service is what’s rare these days but we found that at MB Owings Mills. Would highly recommend that you stop by. We weren’t even in the market for a MB! Wish them success in 2018! More

Didn't take long for Dylan to turn that around - he was knowledgeable, honest and a delightful person. Dylan, Robb and Brett made the magic happen. They got me in the car I wanted at the price I needed. We had some bumps along the process (due to lack of inventory) but they quickly addressed those issues and found me the car I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership - really will never go anywhere else and I am pretty hard to impress! More

He was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care. We negotiated a fair price, with no gamesmanship. Fran King was very pleasant and finished the paperwork side of the transaction seamlessly. Finally, Brett Fader, the sales manager, was also extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and Jason Scarlett, in particular, as a sales consultant. More

Getting a new car I have been with this dealership for many years. In fact, I relocated to another county, but keep coming to the place because of quality of services t I have been with this dealership for many years. In fact, I relocated to another county, but keep coming to the place because of quality of services the team provides. The new team is hard-working, upbeat, sincere and energetic. They go out of their way to support the clients, and they are cordial and fair to each other. I was impressed by attention every single employee (and especially Ben and Brett) paid to my needs, requests, and requirements. it is rare, it is admirable, it is greatly appreciated. That is how people should build their business! I only hope that quality of both products and services remain unchanged for as long as I am in love with Mercedes-Benz cars. Customer satisfaction Brooke was awesome. I am in school and went and looked at a car on the weekend. She helped me look up the car I thought I wanted and since it's no lon Brooke was awesome. She helped me look up the car I thought I wanted and since it's no longer made she helped me to narrow down what other types of cars I liked. She told me she would call me to set up an appointment to come a test drive a car a finally picked. She waited until the next weekend to do that so she didn't interrupt my school schedule. Also, once I did come in she had the car ready so we could go out and showed us everything there was to know about the car. I ended up buying it and the store closed at 6 but she stayed with us until 8 to make sure everything went right with our paperwork. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well! More
