The team at Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills is comprised of professionals that didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond on behalf of the customer! Oliver greeted me on the lot and was enthusiastic in his approa professionals that didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond on behalf of the customer! Oliver greeted me on the lot and was enthusiastic in his approach, although I was dressed super casual...distressed jeans, sneakers and a bomber jacket. Afterwards, he took me on a test drive that ultimately made the decision to purchase very easy. That’s when the Manager Brett stepped in with his expertise to make things happen. I appreciate their follow up, kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. I must say that I’m glad that my eight-plus months of research led me to them! More

Kyle Cheuvront was my initial point of contact and maintained contact throughout the purchasing process. I knew that I wanted to move forward when he was able to get the sale price of the vehicle down maintained contact throughout the purchasing process. I knew that I wanted to move forward when he was able to get the sale price of the vehicle down to what I believed to be a fair asking price. Throughout the process, Kyle maintained regular communication and also served as liaison between me and the other representatives that I spoke with concerning my purchase and out-of-State delivery. This was the first time that I had ever purchased a car without first test-driving it and “kicking the tires”. Needless to say, I had some reservations. However, the entire team (Kyle C., Fran and Brett) provided me with stellar service and were always available to answer questions or provide additional information. Overall, it was the customer service and great price that made this an awesome and stress-free experience. I would recommend this dealership and this sales representative to others. More
