He worked with me on my level, never talking down to me or making unwarranted assumptions about what I did or did not understand. He was thorough, covering the entire vehicle. Overall, a great experience. This is the third new BMW I've purchased from this dealership. Their CAs and SAs are top notch - I'll keep coming back.
