Salesman was knowledgeable about vehicle but did not return phone calls in a timely manner once order was placed; financing terms quoted at time of sale were not honored at time of purchase; vehicle was return phone calls in a timely manner once order was placed; financing terms quoted at time of sale were not honored at time of purchase; vehicle was delivered about 10 days later than estimated; post purchase instruction was rushed and not thorough - it focused primarily on app and controls setup. I did not feel that Miles's attitude was conducive to questions. He took our phones and set everything up, but did not show us how to make changes, if needed. More
