This place sucks. They forgot my car for 2 weeks. Brought my car here 3x in the month of August and they never found or fixed anything. GM Brett Lloyd ignores complain They forgot my car for 2 weeks. Service advisor had to call the day of my service appointment, nobody did anything with my truck while he was out. Could not get a hold of anyone since they use an offsite call center that forwarded appointment, nobody did anything with my truck while he was out. Could not get a hold of anyone since they use an offsite call center that forwarded my message to the advisor that was out. Went in the next morning and the on duty manager told me if I was going to raise my voice he was going to walk away. Was promised to hear from the service manager and his boss but shockingly I have not heard from neither since. The most miss managed service center I have ever dealt with, To the point it is not worth my time for even the free oil changes and state inspections. Would give zero stars if possible. More

Greenbrier Kia is the best! I called to schedule an oil change. They answered the phone and was able to get me in the very next day. Also gave me multiple options over the cours I called to schedule an oil change. They answered the phone and was able to get me in the very next day. Also gave me multiple options over the course of the next week. When I arrived, everybody was super friendly. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I was so amazed because I have been dealing with the VA Beach Kia for four years and never once have I gotten an oil change and been in and out in 20 minutes. I have to leave my car there all day. Trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare no one ever answers the phone or calls you back. Even though Greenbrier is 15 minutes further I do not mind at all to make the drive. Keep up the good work. ! More

Southern refused to find the root cause of a rattling noise coming from a door panel under warranty. Door panel was never removed for investigation of said rattling, and the general manager “suggested” I noise coming from a door panel under warranty. Door panel was never removed for investigation of said rattling, and the general manager “suggested” I take my truck elsewhere because they could not find the issue, yet it was admitted by another employee he was tired of dealing with me. Every time I arrived for service and was promised a loaner I either had to wait for repairs to be completed, find a ride, or finally sent to the lynnhaven location as greenbriar has no GM loaner vehicles for warranty. If I wanted a rental I was directed to seek reimbursement through GM. Customer service - 0 Knowledge of their product - 0 Ability to retain customers - 0….to the point I’m considering trading for a ford. More

Went to get oil change . I pulled off and my car was leaking oil smfh . I was there for over 3 hours just for oil change and I had appointment.. to leave and have to come bac I pulled off and my car was leaking oil smfh .
