The service Manager, Joe is completely untrustworthy, and a straight up LIAR! After speaking with his associates, Dan and Antwan, letting us know that the department did NOT even know our vehicle was incorre a straight up LIAR! After speaking with his associates, Dan and Antwan, letting us know that the department did NOT even know our vehicle was incorrect logged, and that they had filed the paperwork incorrectly, this guy Joe proceeds to tell us that after a month with the vehicle everything is as planned. Joe specifically should NOT be in this position. Do Not trust or use Southern Gmc of Greenbrier to service your vehicle. Additionally, because of the new Owners mismanagement, it only gets worse. BEWARE! More

I was told when buying my vehicle, they would do Saturday appointments and if it was something more than an oil change, would have to work with them, as their were limited appointments on Saturday. Saturday appointments and if it was something more than an oil change, would have to work with them, as their were limited appointments on Saturday. That has turn out not to be accurate. I have had an appointment for just an oil change, 3 hrs later, thinking why have an appointment. My last appointment was for the 30,000K maintenance check up, four hours later, left with just an oil change. I had asked for someone to look at my front camera for the lens was cracked, but the rest of the system was fine. In that four hours, the told me the front lens would need to be replaced and the rest of the system was fine. I took off an entire day from work to be told what I already knew and an oil change. Now I have to spend more time (my time) to sit at the dealership, for them to actually do the 30,000K maintenance check up. I got an sorry for the inconvenience. Everyone's time is valuable and spending 3 to 4 hours for an oil change is a bit much and so disappointing. More

Gave me the run around for 6 months when trying to make appointment for recall work, constantly giving me the excuse they’re looking to see if they have the part and will contact me. Never ever contacted m appointment for recall work, constantly giving me the excuse they’re looking to see if they have the part and will contact me. Never ever contacted me. When I finally got in for service, they told me the wait would be 3 hours, I was prepared for that and ready, the car was finished in 20 minutes. My car was running different the next day and I contacted them only to get the run around again! No concern that my car wasn’t starting properly. Talked to supervisor and he said to come in the following week, even though I expressed importance because I’m an uber driver and it’s my livelihood. That didn’t matter to him. I went to AutoZone to have my battery tested for due diligence and that’s when I noticed the mechanics didn’t install and secure my battery back in properly after the job and was missing 2 nuts. The battery knocked around on my car’s computer and engine block causing it to die. Thank goodness there was no damage to the computer or engine, especially since I doubt they would have done anything about it if it did. I read many negative reviews of this dealership, but I had no choice because of the recall work. I would never go here again and never recommend it to anyone. I will drive out of state to take my car in, if there are any other recalls, before I go back there. Who knows if they even did the recall job correctly. More
