He took his time with us with our search for the vehicle that fits our needs and budget. Our sales specialist was Birdie Friedell. Birdie gave us a great deal not only with the new car, but also with our trade in. Negotiation was quick and painless. Kimberly Williams did a wonderful job with the financing part. She explained everything and answered our questions. She even set-up the bluetooth connection of the new car and installed the car plate. Highly appreciated and recommended! More

We were torn between a few but he did not push us to make a decision and was very patient. Alex helped with the negotiating and worked on getting the terms we had requested. Kimber Williams helped us with signing the financial papers and setting up BlueTooth in the car. We have purchased cars before but the process was very streamed-line and not a long process. We recommend Toyota of Orlando and would not hesitate in returning to purchase another vehicle. More

Amazing people, great deals, awesome new car My husband and I went to Toyota of Orlando knowing we wanted a Prius. We were greeted warmly and were quickly introduced to Brian, who's last name is escaping me, but he was an absolute font of knowledge. He made sure we saw every feature, looked at the car from tip to tail, saw how it worked, explained each detail, all the while being extremely personable and friendly. When we confirmed we wanted the Prius, he handed us off to Marco in the sales department. I really wish I was better with names, because these guys deserve tons of praise. Marco never said no, he worked with me and always came back with better deals. He really did his best and it was clear that he wanted to do right by us. After we agreed on a price, we dealt with Jorge Baez, who again, was extremely friendly, personable and easy to work with. We finished up the final details and Jorge and Marcos delivered the car. They made sure everything was just right, gave us cloth bags to transfer our possessions from our trade in to the new car and made it so our last impression was as good as the first. From beginning to end, everyone was nice, professional, hard working and helpful. Five stars all around. More

In follow up to my last review… I called Toyota headquarters to complain about the poor service at the service department. They said that the head of the guest relations department would call. He d headquarters to complain about the poor service at the service department. They said that the head of the guest relations department would call. He didn’t it was some guy named Brian. I returned the call and asked for Brian. A lady picks up and says Brian is busy and offered to help. I said that I was calling for Brian to discuss a specific situation. She said that she could help and asked me what the problem was, I gave her a brief synopsis and she said that the only reason Brian would be calling me was to SELL ME A NEW CAR!?!? Really? I asked why would he try to sell me a car when I was just in to get mine fixed and I’m not happy with the service. She said that my car must have been old or something and said that he could call me back. I said no thank you and hung up. So apparently all they care about are selling cars even if it means damaging your current car to try and make a sale. I gave up. Now for what prompted this follow-up review… I just took my car into the shop for an oil change and new tires. When they were putting the new tires on they told me that my rear shocks were in need of replacement that there wasn’t much left to them. I couldn’t believe it because that is what this dealership just replaced. I challenged it and they showed me that they were bad, which explains the terrible squeaking noise the car has had since we picked it up from the dealership. I pray every time I get in the car that they actually replaced the timing belt and did it with the proper materials and everything. I knew the shocks weren’t worth arguing with Toyota of Orlando. They would either (a) try to sell me a new car (b) argue with me that it was my fault the new shocks broke and not their fault or (c) break my car even more to try and sell me a new car. Thanks to this dealership I don’t think I will ever buy nor endorse Toyota again. My whole family makes fun of the dealership and I’m reminded of the terrible experience every time we have to drive by the dealership, which is frequently now that they are next to a major highway. I can’t imagine we’re the only ones who have had such poor service. It seemed routine when I called to complain about the service that they turned me to Brian to sell me a new car. At least the second set rear shocks from my shop were half the price Toyota charged me for broken ones. More

I have done business with Toyota of Orlando for a number of years ranging from phone calls to Service, any given time my phone calls and questions were addressed, promptly and accurately. I know that this T of years ranging from phone calls to Service, any given time my phone calls and questions were addressed, promptly and accurately. I know that this Toyota Service department is ALWAYS busy and appreciate that Brian has been by far courteous and knowledgeable. I'ts nice to know there are genuinly good people that make it a pleasureable experience, instead of a difficult one, as some dealers do... Brian is the example of great service. More
