I received an email stating I needed an oil change, via the email I scheduled my appointment, I received emails to remind me of my appointment, and a phone call to verify I was going to show up to my appoi the email I scheduled my appointment, I received emails to remind me of my appointment, and a phone call to verify I was going to show up to my appointment. When I go there I checked in and waited, waited and waited close to the 3 hr mark. On what planet does it take 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. When i was checked out I was told the tire rotation would be comp'd and I should of be routed to the express service section for my oil change....lol Mind you that is an internal process and I have no control in where the service desk aligns their work efforts. Regardless of the placement, how does a service manager justify 3 hour oil changes when the person has a legit scheduled appointment. In my opinion 2hrs of my earning potential was stolen out of my pockets that day. More

Brian and Kyle treated us like we were their most important customer, I did not have an appointment but they checked my problem and explained the issue in easy to understand terms.. arranged for a lo important customer, I did not have an appointment but they checked my problem and explained the issue in easy to understand terms.. arranged for a loner car and scheduled the work. I couldn’t understand why I called 1 hr before asked and waited for OK to come in and then told - you’re not on schedule I do not know who you spoke with . There should be paper trail record at all times about schedule and who told what to customer about appointment , cost estimate etc instead I got ‘I do not know who you spoke with and what price you were told “ I felt like it was ‘bait and switch time’ At Lokeys. for the same problem and same symptoms went twice to delearship. First time my car was there from Jan.23rd to February 17, but on invoice it was indicated .only 2 weeks. I was told dealership is too bus delearship. First time my car was there from Jan.23rd to February 17, but on invoice it was indicated .only 2 weeks. I was told dealership is too busy and that I have to bring my car in a week and leave it there again. You can call 10 times, nobody ever answer call in the service and at first visit I was advised by manager to go to different dealership, because no mechanic wants to fix my car (why??). Indeed, mechanic denied to work on my car, just because I asked him if he is a good mechanic ( he was new, I saw him there first time. He came from Kuhn). Thats why my car had to wait there until my mechanic would come. It was dangerous to drive like that. I paid second time as well for the same problem with the same symptoms. I asked about warranty and got negative answer. Brian said this time they know what the problem is. There is no way in the world manager to answer my call or call back.To get Brian on the phone, I have to call at least 4 times and luckily some other manager will find him to call me. By the way, on Feb. 17th I got car back thanks to scheduling manager. She found out, that my car is there for already 20 days and interfered, otherwise my car would stay there longer. Kayle is only interested in financial success and customer is the last case. When he found out that Brian rented car for me ( I insisted, because I had to drive to work), Kyle was furious, that department will pay for rent. At the end, everything worked out. Clearly they included rental money in my invoice in a hidden way. Service manager saw me second second time and he didnt ask, why I am here in such a short time . When I asked him if he has a min for me, he said he is very busy, but he will make me favor. I could say more, but enough. 4 star for quality of work for the second time. In all this automechanic Mark was the best as always. He always wirk on my car in a spite of others turn me down. At least this is what Kyle told me and this is why he adviced me to try different dealership. More
