I’ve been taking my car here for 11 years, the service is good, and fast. The problem was in the customer service, for the first time in all these years I finally received a perk 20.00 off!!! Come to find out at home it was expired, and have the oil change and was told I could have used it , great it’s at home. I asked for a car wash, I was told she would have to find help to do it, sadly it’s a perk and I just said forget it, I didn’t want her to go thru the trouble when her tone was that it was going to be just that. I think that if you’re going charge 62.00 for an oil change the customer service perks need to be kicked up a notch or several. More
