They did a great job selling me the car, but my
experience with the service department was very poor. My car took 1 week to get service A done, also I had manufacturer issue on the driver side wind

My car took 1 week to get service A done, also I had manufacturer issue on the driver side window, they said that the part isn't availyet by Mercedes. Moreover, I received the car with a very dirty interior, full of dust and smelly they didn't even bother themselves with a complementary wash. In addition to that my car tires pressure was incorrect from being parked for long time without moving and they delivered it with incorrect tires pressure, beside when I signed up for service I asked for a loaner car and they confirmed its availability but when I went for service, they said there is no loaner available and I had to wait for an hour to get a loaner car. Overall it was a very bad experience in the service department.
