I loved working with Brian, he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was so good at what he does he likely could have upsold me to the higher trim package / model! =) I find it annoying that I ca knowledgeable. He was so good at what he does he likely could have upsold me to the higher trim package / model! =) I find it annoying that I cannot download the apps I was able to with my 2019 Camry through Entune... there is an APP button but other than Alexa no real apps. The recommendation for the dealership is due to the interactions I have had with Alyssa in service, Brian in sales and Ryan in Finance. I myself will likely not be buying a 4th car here. After the 3rd vehicle from Toyota of Scranton I am disappointed that there is no loyalty discount or perks... after talking to other salesmen / dealerships there seem to be better options in the loyalty department. More

After telling Brian the makes & models we were interested in, he walked us through the lot. There was nothing that was on our original list, but he recommended something different. It's been 14 years since we purchased a vehicle and he took the time to walk us through all of the new options and even synced up our phones and showed us how to use Apple Carplay.
