Took vehicle in for oil change, was told I needed Bake Fluid replaced and other service items, had the other service items completed, but not the brake fluid as I had that service completed on the prior o Fluid replaced and other service items, had the other service items completed, but not the brake fluid as I had that service completed on the prior oil change.. Looks like padding bill with unneeded services! Wondering now if I really needed the other service items....Service Manage did not offer an explanation. Parts and Service Director sent email apologizing saying that is not how he does business, but provided no information on how recommending a brake fluid change 6 months after I already had one occurred or what steps he has taken to see it does not happen again. I replied to the email and accepted his apology but he has not replied back to the reason for the occurrence or how he might restore my trust and faith in his service department. Seems he does not care to restore my trust and faith in his department. Beware of recommended services, not part of original problem. More

We have been Mazda owners for several years & just took our CX9 in for service at our Mazda dealership which was just taken over by Sport Mazda. They have completely remodeled the facility as well as imple our CX9 in for service at our Mazda dealership which was just taken over by Sport Mazda. They have completely remodeled the facility as well as implemented some techy new service enhancements. We loved the video Diagnostics of our vehicle that was then texted to us for our approval. They have a comfortable waiting area & our Service Advisor, Renee, was both attentive & informative. She researched & offered us all of the discounts that were due to us. We'll be back! More

I have been a customer of Sport Mazda North for 15 or more years, going back to when they were Fairbanks Mazda and I had vehicles other than Mazdas. Many of the same people are there, they always recogni more years, going back to when they were Fairbanks Mazda and I had vehicles other than Mazdas. Many of the same people are there, they always recognize and greet me warmly. Jay was my service manager, he made sure I was taken care of well (including getting a loaner so I could keep an appointment), and got me out in a timely manner. He also worked to keep the bill down, thank you so much! (and this isn't the first time) I will continue to bring my vehicles here for the great service, and recommend them if you're looking to buy one. More

I brought my vehicle in to have the front grill replaced due to it being damaged by road debris. Picked up my car and it’s now leaking some sort of fluid, is smoking and the cooling fan no longer comes on. due to it being damaged by road debris. Not happy after spending $625. to replace the grill and having my vehicle returned to me in worse condition. More

I have been coming to this Mazda dealershipfor service since buying my Tribute in 2006 and am always happy with how professional everyone has been. Brian Celso was my service rep. and has been promoted since buying my Tribute in 2006 and am always happy with how professional everyone has been. Brian Celso was my service rep. and has been promoted so made sure that Jay took care of me. I like the texting updates and video of repairs. I am so happy they returned to washing the vehicles after repairs etc. as that is such a nice send off. We will look to get another Mazda from there and continuing with the great service. It DOES make a difference. More

We took our CX9 in for service due to a noise coming from the undercarriage on Saturday morning. The problem was corrected, and the car was retuned to us just after 1 pm. I’ve been buying cars from Cory Fairbanks Mazda for 20 years. I wasn’t sure about things when the dealership changed to Sport Mazda. Received prompt courteous service. Vehicle was diagnosed within the same day and the problems corrected the next day. Was not inconvenienced as I was provided a loaner car and when I returned my vehicle wa within the same day and the problems corrected the next day.
