Very satisfying car buying experience We had been researching and test driving various cars for some time but held off on test driving the MDX since there is no dealer in Western MA. Having limited success in finding a vehicle to meet out needs, we finally made the trip down to Schaller where we had the good fortune of meeting Teri Lupacchino, who has been selling Acura's for over 25 years. I guess that would explain Teri's thorough knowledge of the product she was selling and her ability to answer each and every one of our questions about the vehicle form the engine, to the safety features, to the technology. Teri spent a good deal of time with us taking us for a test drive of both the RDX and the MDX. She remained patient, and very helpful throughout and explained Schaller's policy of servicing vehicles for clients in Western MA. Unfortunately Teri wasn't in the next time we were able to make the tip down to Schaller, and we when we explained to James that we had been working with Teri, he stepped up and provided us with the same knowledgeable, personable, and respectable service as Teri had. It was clear that the sales folk at Schaller were supportive of each other and interested in client satisfaction for all Schaller customers. At this point it's worth mentioning that both Teri and JAmes took us on an amazingly useful test drive route where we were able to experience highway driving, twisting, turning back roads and hills. It really enabled us to get a sense of how the car performed. Ultimately we leased the MDX and and Teri spent a good deal of time with us teaching us how to use all the technology. Compared to quotes we received from other dealers and on-line pricing sites, we felt the price was fair. The only minor adjustment I would make in the process would be to allow customers to sign lease documents electronically rather than having to make a separate trip to the dealer for signatures. That, however appears to be an Acura Policy rather than a Schaller policy. More

Terrific Buying Experience After 5 Years We have never purchased more than 1 vehicle from an auto dealer. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Teri Lupacchino since 2009 and have recommended her We have never purchased more than 1 vehicle from an auto dealer. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Teri Lupacchino since 2009 and have recommended her to friends who have also purchased. Teri has worked with us to get a good and fair deal on our recent purchases. Teri is very personable and comfortable to work with and there is no pressure and not much haggling and stress as compared to other dealerships because she is fair and respectful. The staff is also great to work with from Brian in financing, organized and knowledgeable in recommending another financing company with a lower interest rate that we already use and Pete (sales manager) in supporting us to get to a good place where we all feel good about the purchase. We are very happy with the MDXs we had purchased. They handle and ride very well and are extremely quiet. We would highly recommend Teri to any customer for sales as well as Brian in their service department. A great car buying experience in sales and service as well as with the rest of the Schaller team. More

Some of my friends are now looking at new vehicles and I have recommended Jim as the person they should see when they start looking. He is the best! Schaller Acura should be proud he is on their staff! Simply the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Brian Savo made the paperwork a breeze...getting my wife to her bridge game on time! Also, one of the main reasons that I will continue to purchase vehicles from Schaller Acura in Manchester, Connecticut is their service department. They too are the best. Thanks to Dave Wiltse, Brian Coughlin , Joe DeLaCruz and Glenn Anderson, my Acuras have always been well taken care of! More

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rob Horton when we entered Schaller's show room. Rob made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. He was personable and very knowledgeable about the product. Rob's enthusiasm towards the car and patience with us added a new dimension to our TLX test drive. It went far beyond what we had previously experienced at three other dealers in our quest for a new car. The overall experience convinced us that this was the car for us. We took delivery of the TLX right on schedule. The car was perfectly detailed and Rob spent as much time as we needed to be comfortable with all the technology features. We would recommend Schaller to anyone considering an Acura. Ask for Rob, he'll make the process a pleasant experience. More

New TLX purchase I just purchased a 2015 TLX from Schaller, this is my 5th Acura purchase from them, and as always the experience was awesome. I have purchased an 88 I just purchased a 2015 TLX from Schaller, this is my 5th Acura purchase from them, and as always the experience was awesome. I have purchased an 88 integra, a 94 integra, a 99 TL, an 04 TL and now a 15 TLX, the last 3 cars all from Teri Lupacchino. As always the experience was smooth, and easy. I have serviced all of my cars there, and have never had an issue. This dealership goes out of their way to treat you like your part of the family, and I have been dealing with many of the same great folks for 25+ years. More

My second Acura MDX 11 years ago we bought a 2003 MDX from Schaller Acura and after 332000 miles, we decided it was time to buy a new one. So we went back to Schaller Ac 11 years ago we bought a 2003 MDX from Schaller Acura and after 332000 miles, we decided it was time to buy a new one. So we went back to Schaller Acura and with the help of Jim Merrill we bought a 2014 MDX with 33 miles on it. Jim was great to work with as we went through the options we wanted on the new car and once we got the new car he sat with us in the car for over an hour going over the various radio, navigation, phone and information buttons, pages and settings. Special thanks also to Dave Wiltse, Brian Coughlin and Joe DeLaCruz for 11 years of top notch service and advice on my 2003 MDX, without them I never would have made it to 332000 miles and still counting. I look forward to working with them over the next 11 years on both MDXs. Thanks also to Brian Savo who called me during his vacation to let me know that everything had gone through fine with the financing options. More
