Excellent dealer experience We have been ACURA owners since 2001 when we purchased a TL. Our 1st Schaller experience came about with the recall for the transmission. Professional, comprehensive, pleasant - my experience. Having enjoyed doing business with the service staff of Schaller for almost 30 years, my expectations of the Sales Dept. were very high. I had an excellent experience with Mike and throughout the whole process I never felt pressured. This was my first time buying a car, which was a gift for my fathers 50th birthday, and thanks to Schaller Acura we were able to make it happen. At the time I was searching for other vehicles and Mike was very honest with me regarding what the TLX had to offer. I really liked that Mike was very knowledge about all the vehicles on his lot, coming from an automotive background it was nice to have someone understand each and every function of the vehicle. The whole experience was pleasant and quick, Mike made sure to take care of all my needs. I also worked with Brain who helped me throughout the whole financial part of the process and that was surely an easy and straightforward experience. Mike honestly cares about every customer and makes it known that you're important. I highly recommend Mike to all my friends and family. If anyone feels a bit nervous about buying a car you should go to Mike, I promise that you'll have an great experience! Schaller Acura from now on will be the only Acura dealership I go to. More

I was able to basically do all correspondence through email, phone and text, which is wonderful since I work, go to school and have two small children. 2015 TLX Our experience at Schaller Acura of Manchester, Connecticut was flawless. We were turning in a leased Acura RDX early and were leasing a new 2015 Acur Our experience at Schaller Acura of Manchester, Connecticut was flawless. We were turning in a leased Acura RDX early and were leasing a new 2015 Acura TLX. All the paperwork and legwork were done by the dealer as to make our experience painless. Our salesperson, James Merrill, was professional in every aspect of the leasing experience. He sat with and listened to us without even a hint of pressure. The test drive was over 30 minutes long which was plenty of time for both of us to really experience the vehicle. After our decision to lease we worked out the numbers to our liking. At delivery, James was patient as we went through all the technical aspects of the TLX. Its a very technically advanced vehicle however James was patient as he showed us all the bells and whistles of the TLX. Also, he will schedule a follow up visit to answer the inevitable questions that will arise after driving the vehicle for a month or so. We would not hesitate to recommend James or Schaller to a friend. More

Best Ever!! I just bought my 6th Acura from Schaller, starting in 1998, the first 5 were TLs and the recent one is a 2016 RDX. Obviously, I have had nothing but I just bought my 6th Acura from Schaller, starting in 1998, the first 5 were TLs and the recent one is a 2016 RDX. Obviously, I have had nothing but great experiences with them because I keep going back. My sales person for the last 4 purchases is Teri Lupacchino, who quite simply the best in all aspects of the sales process. I would deal with noone else. Their service department led by Dave along with Brian and Joe is the best I have dealt with in over 50 years of driving. The value they bring to my experiences over the years is impossible to calculate. I just wish I had found them earlier. Do yourself a favor, call Teri and get yourself a terrific car and deal with the the best team around. More

Purchase of our 2016 Acura MDX My wife and I just bought our fifth Acura from Schaller Acura of Manchester, CT. We have enjoyed two TL's and now our third MDX. The last four acquisi My wife and I just bought our fifth Acura from Schaller Acura of Manchester, CT. We have enjoyed two TL's and now our third MDX. The last four acquisitions were from Teri Lupacchino. She is the absolute best. The vehicles sell themselves, but Teri makes the whole experience so simple and pleasant. There is never any pressure, just friendly advise and knowledge about features and choices. Teri makes us feel like family and we are always glad to see her. That's just the half of it when it comes to Schaller Acura of Manchester. Their service department is exceptional. Dave Wiltse and Brian Coughlin also make us feel like family members. Their word is their bond. They do not push you to buy parts of services you do not need, not like some dealerships I've dealt with in the past. These guys stand by their work and you can trust them to get the rare problem you may have with an Acura done right. Five Acura's and we have never been disappointed in performance, service, or the whole buying experience.
