Great experience Samantha was extremely helpful from the time I first contacted the dealer all the way through to drive out. She was on top of everything, had the info Samantha was extremely helpful from the time I first contacted the dealer all the way through to drive out. She was on top of everything, had the information we needed, was efficient with paperwork, and is very personable! I highly recommend working with her when you're looking for your next perfect car!! We worked with Morgan in finance last time we purchased and she was so great both times. Good team!!! More

The salesperson, Samantha, spent an incredible amount of time discussing Jaguar corporate and the Jaguar Ft. Myers philosophy and they walked the talk. We had several lengthy visits including test drives. They were always helpful, patient and gracious, never pushy. The management staff made a point of meeting us personally prior to the purchase and ensuring that all our needs were met and questions answered. You can't ask for better service. In addition, the beauty of the Jaguar design and warranty are icing on the cake. Samantha was adamant that we order and receive exactly the specifications we requested, nothing more or less. Despite all this, the staff never took themselves too seriously; we felt like friends. More

Thrown out Have purchased 6 vehicles in last 2 yrs my recent purchase is a 2016 Jaguar XJ almost immediately I've had issues with screen and satellite service wh Have purchased 6 vehicles in last 2 yrs my recent purchase is a 2016 Jaguar XJ almost immediately I've had issues with screen and satellite service when I brought car back was given a loaner they had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks the general manager Brian del nigro told me jaguar was working on a fix for this problem it should be ready by October 26 2016 I brought car back on October 20 2016 was having another issue with the air conditioner when I spoke to Brian del nigro the discussion became heated and I used some choice words because I was pretty much disgusted at this point Brian wants to scold me for cussing and pointing my finger towards him so at that point he throws me out of dealership and tells me to never come back this was done in front of his service manager I think his name is Jason he then gave me my keys to my car and told me to get out great customer service don't you think?my car was never looked at when they sold me the car Dan Collins and Vinnie Ciulla never told me of the existing problem that jaguar was having with the satellite or the screen at that point everyone is your friend but then a problem occurs and all of a sudden your the bad guy l guess it's profits over people Brian del nigro is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life and I'm 59 yrs old I would never recommend this dealership to anyone thread real careful if your thinking of doing business here they are wolves in sheeps clothing especially Brian del Nigro they will sell you a vehicle and not tell you if there are any issues Why is that allowed ? It then becomes your problem so be real careful cause if your not and you complain Brian del Nigro will come out of his office and throw you out BE WARNED!!!!!!! More

Samantha was easy to work with and so knowledgeable. Our first visit to the dealership was after hours looking at cars, and Samantha took the time, even though she was on her way home after the end of a long day, to show us different models and colors. She was the main reason we came back to buy a car from her. She made it an enjoyable experience. I love the Jaguar and I think I will always be a Jag gal. Professionalism at it's finest !!! At 63 years old, I must admit I have bought quite a few autos in my day. But when it comes to the people of this dealership, it is quite clear to me that it's not just the business side that is commendable with this dealership, it is the personal touch, the human side that makes it so memorable and gratifying in every aspect. If I live to be 100, I will never forget this experience and the group of people that assisted me in putting together a great deal on one beautiful vehicle!!!!!! And I feel proud to also be a part of this company, as I work as a concierge part time. More

I had the best experience with Land Rover in Ft Myers. I bought my 5th car in Ft. Myers. This by far was the best experience due to customer service. I worked with a lady name Samantha. Samantha was very polite and real with me throughout the process. Samantha meet all of my expectations. I felt like she wasn’t like the other sales people I dealt with in my past. Samantha always responded to my calls and text! She was transparent and very resourceful. If she said she was going to do something, she did. I never had to remind Samantha of anything . She listened to everything that I need in my car and she delivered on all wishes. I felt that the entire Land Rover in Ft. Myers was a untied family that wanted to put a smile on my face and not just sell me to make money! My experience was so great that I will continue to do business with them for the rest of my life! I can’t stress how great of an experience I had there. It sounds unrealistic … so go see for yourself! More
