I've never met her in person but spoke several times with her on the phone and she was extremely pleasant as well as knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable about my buying experience. I did indeed purchase TWO Jaguars primarily as a result of my interaction with Debra, but unfortunately I did business with a Jag dealership much closer to my home.
