HOWEVER, this time around the car-buying experience was like no other. Samantha was very responsive and helpful. From our first conversation, I felt very comfortable in her care. Even before I made it in to the dealership she assisted me, and when I finally did make it in to meet her in person, her warmth made the experience that much better. Morgan was also VERY helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. They are extremely relatable. Because I reside in Atlanta, Brian was kind enough to offer to be my concierge to ensure I receive the same level of great service at my local dealership back home. This is truly an ELITE team. More

Awesome Internet and dealership Experience!!! I started my search online and was connected with Pete in the internet department. Finally it was nice to speak with someone who knew his product and I started my search online and was connected with Pete in the internet department. Finally it was nice to speak with someone who knew his product and since this was my first new car purchase he assured me it would be a smooth process and to my amazement it was!!! Pete greeted me when I came in and he then introduced me to Eric. Eric showed me every feature of the new XF and I was sold. Then when it came to numbers I met with Brian the General Manager (yes the GM actually helped) and within an hour I was driving my new car. Morgan in the money office was amazing and very mother like, I know I found "my dealership", a top-notch place to do business!!! More

My first Jaguar Ryan was extremely helpful. After test driving a vehicle, it was determined that none on the lot actually would fit my needs. Ryan then remembered a Ryan was extremely helpful. After the test drive, he was able to quickly get the car detailed, filled up and paperwork ready for us to complete the sale. There was only one finance rep available on this Saturday so it took a while for the queue to get to us. Once it was our turn, the paperwork was quick but thorough with all questions answered. We will definitely return for the next vehicle. More
