Rather disappointed This dealership has always been great. But this time not so much. They were trying to just do an oil change when I needed a 20000 mile service. Then w This dealership has always been great. But this time not so much. They were trying to just do an oil change when I needed a 20000 mile service. Then when I got home my grandson found a plastic part on the floor when he was cleaning and detailing my car. He said what is this grandma? I didn't know. But I did know I had my car serviced and that they were supposed to change the inside air filter. So he looked in the glove compartment and there it was they had forgotten to put the plastic piece back on where they change the inside air filter! I still don't know if they even rotated my tires are not I have no way to prove that they did or not. The time they took to complete the whole service was probably not long enough to do all the items, but I guess they did. More
