I have been buying cars for over 50 years and this past week I was overwhelmed with the professionalism, knowledge, accommodating attitude and all over most impressive skills sets possessed by Brian Goon. week I was overwhelmed with the professionalism, knowledge, accommodating attitude and all over most impressive skills sets possessed by Brian Goon. We already own one Outback and wanted another so I have been searching for a few months with specifics that I would like. Being in a different state, I found Liberty via a buying website and I was initially concerned about the distance, my lack of knowledge about the dealership and Covid. That was until Brian started answering my numerous emails with a consistent positive, understanding manner. He quickly won us over. Everything was done online and when we traded in our previous vehicle, not the Subaru, then picked up our new Outback, everything - I mean EVERYTHING, was done outside. Brian explained all the details about the new car while standing outside with a mask on while my wife and I were in the car with our masks on. We really appreciated that because we have been so concerned about doing this with the pandemic upon us. There was no pressure, no last minute changes, it went seamless.
