On the Finance side, I had a fast, straightforward and great experience with Tom Portee. All pricing given was very to-the-point, very fair and there was absolutely zero hassle or high-pressure tactics. Tom was organized and once I'd made up my mind we were able to finalize everything quickly. All in all, I was very happy purchasing from Liberty Subaru and working with Brian and Tom. With a minimum of three Subaru dealerships closer to my home than Liberty Subaru, I choose to drive 45 minutes away to purchase a vehicle from Brian Goon. I spoke with Brian over the phone. I told him what it would take to “get the deal done.” His tone of voice was positive and upbeat showing willingness to work with me. He was a consummate professional. He put the deal together, over the phone. The first and only time I actually went to the dealership was to pick up the car. The deal I was met with was the exact deal we negotiated, no surprises. Tom from finance was great too. Everything went at my pace and no one was pushy about anything. It was a flawless transaction. Not only do I highly recommend Brian and Tom.
