We purchased our 2006 Trailblazer used from a different dealer but not happy with their service department. Having had several opportunities to work with Brian and the team at Koons we have been thoroughly dealer but not happy with their service department. Having had several opportunities to work with Brian and the team at Koons we have been thoroughly impressed. Any problem we have faced with the vehicle has been repaired quickly and on several occasions, including for our most recent visit, the problem was related to a special notice or recall that we had not been aware of prior to the service department notifying us when it was time to pay. Costs have been reasonable, but more than that, the customer experience has been exceptional. When it comes time to purchase our next vehicle, the first and last stop will be Koons White Marsh Chevrolet! More
