Service center was great. My vehicle was supposed to be looked at prior to 10am to possibly trade it in but when I got there at 10 it wasn’t looked at and we had to wait an ho My vehicle was supposed to be looked at prior to 10am to possibly trade it in but when I got there at 10 it wasn’t looked at and we had to wait an hour which I found unacceptable as my appt was at 10am.
