Miracles are made to happn with Gateway Subaru Wow first of all my Sales Person I highnly recommend Marvin Graham was very, very helpful and understanding and a delight to work with he needs a rais Wow first of all my Sales Person I highnly recommend Marvin Graham was very, very helpful and understanding and a delight to work with he needs a raise hard working man and very patient and worked with my financial needs, and Brian Kang was awesome made my payments comfortable in closing my deal he explained every detail about leasing my new Forrester Subaru 2016 he also was excellent he deserves a raise. And of course Renee Ennis in Finance who worked very, very, very diligently to get me approved since my credit score was not all that great and now I can build my credit up once again for the next three years thank you especially Renee Ennis she was excellent as well aimed to please great staff and also Wendy Schiavone explained things about new car when I went to test drive and especially Alexea Hudson evening receptionist very friendly polite just like others excellent and taking time and offering coffee and you could even bring your pet in while shopping for car. When the time came to replace our older vehicles, we decided to check out the new Foresters. Steve was absolutely one of the best salespeople we have ever dealt with in our experiences. He was low key and no pressure. He honestly went out of his way for us. Rather than have us make enough trip to pick up the second car since we live over 45 minutes away , he had us drive the 2 new ones home .We then left our old car at his house since he lives near us and he drove it to the dealership on his next work day and had another salesman give him a ride home. He called to see how we like the cars. He is knowledgeable and caring. We would definitely give Steve a 5 star rating.We gave the dealership 4 star though because we did not like all the haggling over the trade ins with the used car manager. We know he had to put money into the used cars to resell. However he was still making money on the vehicles and we were buying 2 new ones. We should not have had such a hassle to make the deal work out. If it was not for Steve and that there are not that many Subaru dealerships near us,we would have left. We were there 2 times and the day we purchased it we were there over 5 hours. Overall our customer service experience could have been better if management looked at the big picture instead of worrying about their own department bottom line. The best car buying experience Crystal Collins was by far the best sales consultant I've ever dealt with. I did my research online and had sent a notification that I was interested Crystal Collins was by far the best sales consultant I've ever dealt with. I did my research online and had sent a notification that I was interested in a particular vehicle and withing minutes I had a response. After office hours, Crystal called me to give me all the information i needed , even a rough estimate, and I was able to set up an appointment the next day. Crystal knew absolutely all the answers to the questions I had prepared. Besides the research I had done, she took my knowledge even further. Crystal used all of her resources to give me multiple options. With Crystal's personality, and knowledge of Subaru, I do not believe anyone could leave without driving off in a car they deserve.
