Fast response to dead battery problem After 3 weeks being inactive, my 2014 Ford Escape would not start. Called Brian, who recommended Ford Roadside assistance to jump start and then takin After 3 weeks being inactive, my 2014 Ford Escape would not start. Called Brian, who recommended Ford Roadside assistance to jump start and then taking the car to dealership. After about three hours total from my call, the car had a brand new battery (under warranty) and was back being operational. More

Warranty service Service advisors are friendly and helpful. The work order I wish was more detailed and offered more recommendations on work needed. Both times only me Service advisors are friendly and helpful. The work order I wish was more detailed and offered more recommendations on work needed. Both times only mentioned 1-2things but never mentioned rubber door seals which is obviously warn and torn around rear door. When I pick the car up its never washed and cleaned which lexus does for my other vehicle. I personally don't feel that extra wow factor but the work is always done as requested nothing more nothing less. More

2nd checkup. Console indicated oil change was required. I took it in & service was completed quickly & efficently. Great job, very fast Repairs were done very quickly and no hidden costs. Service advisor told me what need to be done and how much and that was the final bill. Service advisor kept me informed of what was be done and any problems that came up. Did advise me of the need for a new air filter before being installed, My SUV is running great and will be bringing it back in whenever service is needed. Have had my SUV for 5 years and only the service center that has ever worked on it has been Walker Ford. Thanks again Walker Ford for great service. More

Super friendly I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. The Service Tech that greeted me was very pleasant and asked if I was waiting for my car, which I was. I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. The Service Tech that greeted me was very pleasant and asked if I was waiting for my car, which I was. While waiting, I always go out and look at the new Mustangs first, then I'll look at other new or used vehicles. Usually one of the salesmen will see me walking around and ask if they can help and I always tell them no, just looking while I'm waiting. This time we had a nice conversation about the new Mustangs, they always ask what year my Mustang is and offer to set me up with a new model. BUT they are never high pressure pitches, which I like very much. I refuse to talk to a sales person who is intent on selling you something whether you want it or not. These guys/gals at Walker are just plain friendly and pleasant to talk to. They understand no and either leave or chit chat a few more minutes. Good people. My car was ready sooner than I expected and the Service Tech had my keys and paperwork ready for me. More

Just Great Service I had a minor problem with my battery after it was serviced yesterday and I contacted Service Manager Vince Romano, he asked me to return and he repla I had a minor problem with my battery after it was serviced yesterday and I contacted Service Manager Vince Romano, he asked me to return and he replaced the battery for free because it should have been noticed during the previous days service. I will continue to use Walker Ford for all of my service needs needs. Great people..That is just great customer service, Thank You. More
