I am always super satisfied with everyone at MB Princeton. I have known Arno in sales for about 25 years and he is totally my go to guy when I need a new car. Jeff, Victor and Brian in service are Princeton. I have known Arno in sales for about 25 years and he is totally my go to guy when I need a new car. Jeff, Victor and Brian in service are top notch as well and never disappoints. This time was my first taking in my MB Sprinter RV Winnebago and Andy was the Service Advisor handling these vehicles. Andy matched anyone else I have worked with in the past and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and he got me in the day after I called to schedule the appointment - and there was no rush. Highly recommended this dealership. More

Extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership in Princeton. I regret leasing my car here. I should have know from day one when we walked in and they turned their heads on us. Mentioned dealership in Princeton. I regret leasing my car here. I should have know from day one when we walked in and they turned their heads on us. Mentioned it to my friends, same thing happened to them except they chose to go elsewhere. I went in to have my tail lights replaced for the second time due to condensation from the car wash and was told this is normal and only replacing to shut me up, pretty much. In the meantime, I had a loaner, when I picked up my car it only had 2% gas so I asked for a gas slip since I did not bring my car there on E and they said they don't do that. They could have cared less if I ran out of gas trying to get to the gas station. They claimed they only drove my car 4 miles, still, why would you drive my car with no gas and if it's there to replace tail lights, why are you driving it?? Two days later I get a bill for $23.00 for gas I didn't put in the loaner. Like what? You couldn't put gas in my car but you're charging me for gas for the loaner. Interesting! No other car dealer would do that. Mercedes, please, do better! Oh, and my app alerted me that my car sat out front all night unlocked, when I asked about it, they apologized. I walked up to my car and the door was not even closed, had it rained it would have ruined the car. Called corporate 3 days ago and still waiting to hear back. More

I have been a loyal customer of Princeton MB since it opened its doors!. I never had a better relationship with any other dealer. Things have changed over the years, but despite these changes, dealing opened its doors!. I never had a better relationship with any other dealer. Once Allen took over the scheduling, the Diesel Upgrade went so smoothly, A loaner vehicle was made available and very useful. The Diesel Upgrade process took two iterations but the end result is an upgrad went so smoothly, A loaner vehicle was made available and very useful. The Diesel Upgrade process took two iterations but the end result is an upgraded E 250. We are very happy with the final outcome. More
