Because of the configuration of the truck we bought, the option we wanted was not available. My most recent car purchase was a 2019 Tahoe at Phillips and I must say the experience was a great one. My salesperson, Nicole S., was incredibly nice and helpful from the moment I stopped in to walking out with my new car keys in hand. She helped show me how to work all the new features on my new truck and even helped set up the onstar! I also worked with Brian McMahon, who was also great. I never felt pressured into purchasing and both Nicole and Brian were patient with me while I made the decision to purchase the new truck. Once in the finance office, Anthony, was also super helpful and friendly. Each of my visits to the dealership were great and I highly recommend this dealership to others. The staff there was even kind enough to help entertain my daughter while I was working on my purchase! Thank you Phillips for such a great experience buying my new truck- I love my new Tahoe!! (Prior to this I was a ford only customer too!!) More
