I explained to Brian Nascarella, the Sales Consultant that I met up with, that I was only browsing and would like to see the selection of Certified Pre-Owned Camrys that they have on the lot. Of course, the first one we took on a test drive wound up being the vehicle that I purchased just a mere hour later. After explaining to Brian what I would like my monthly payment to be, he worked with Todd Davis in the Finance Department to get the exact figures I wanted. As a matter of fact, we came in $80 under what I initially budgeted. Every question I had was answered with honesty and transparency. Both Brian and Todd could see that purchasing a vehicle was something I found daunting and dangerous, especially as a first-time car buyer, and made sure to reassure me with facts, not blowing hot air just to make a sale. The General Manager, Matt Murphy, even came over to meet me when picking up the vehicle. While I understand that this may be normal with every dealership, Matt seemed to take a genuine interest in how I ended up in his dealership and if there was anything he could do to make it better. Yes, Toyota has been applauded again and again for making the best cars on the road. The hype is real and Falmouth Toyota hopefully gets the acclaim for being the best face for their brand. More

Although the car still ran very well, my husband and I felt it was time to replace it. We went to the dealership when they were closed in order to look around the yard unassisted. We found a 2018 white Camry that I liked. A few days later we went back and approached Brian Nascarella and asked to test drive that vehicle. No problem, we went for a ride together and I loved the car. When we went into the dealership there she was: a ruby red metallic 2017 Camry XLE. This car had the wow factor, it was more suitable to my personality. We worked with Brian and feel that we paid a fair price for the car and got a reasonable price for our trade. At no time did Brian pressure us or apply any of his opinions regarding our choices. Every person that we interacted with at the dealership was friendly and we felt that we were in the best hand possible. I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone. More

Car purchase I had alerted Falmouth Toyota on the previous day that I would be coming to the dealership to look at a Camry. I was greeted by Ken Collings, who accompanied me on a test drive and then put together an offer that included a generous trade-in for my 2010 Nissan and a special July discount from Toyota. The offer was substantially better than one I'd received on the day before from a dealership of a different make of car, though both that car and the Camry had a similar sticker price. It was hard to walk away from the offer, but needed to discuss things with my wife. Mr. Collings gave me the written offer to consider.There was absolutely NO PRESSURE to take the offer or lose out on it. It was a simple matter of our deciding to accept the offer, or not. A couple days later we took the car, with Brian Nascarella going over the basics with us, which was very helpful. A couple days after that, Matt Murphy gave us a call to see how things were with our new Camry, and to welcome us to be in touch if there was anything else Falmouth Toyota could do to help us with our new car experience.
