Brian is a straight shooter, and I trust him with both my truck and my wife's auto. He works long hours, usually taking in my vehicle first thing in the morning, and at the end of the day when I return to p truck and my wife's auto. Every time i see him, he's working hard to deliver good service to his customers, and there are never any surprises when I see the bill. I'm posting my same Review from Google. DISGUSTING! Chris as a salesman was absolutely fantastic, Three sales I put on the table for him but he was honest gave me the best deal as I was DISGUSTING! Chris as a salesman was absolutely fantastic, Three sales I put on the table for him but he was honest gave me the best deal as I was shopping with a couple other dealerships that he didn't know about. Would definitely be back if need be, this was in 2108. Its 2020 now and still loving my Buick! I'm changing in 5star and wish I could take them all away. This dealership has been going sideways for a while now. My last straw is how the treat remaining family members of mine that are some of the most patient people in the world. They litterally pick and choose, That skinny guy at your service department has been nothing but a displeasure to deal with from the first day I purchased my car in 2018! I remember being so excited and he was the most mono tone person that helped me understand a thing or two about my car that day. Following appointments were very dry and snarky from him. Speaking to the highest manager hes been able to buy me out of a few of my issues, free light bulb or oil change on the house. Nah I'm speaking up, about it because I rather have had smooth moments rather than issues that still continues 6 years later! How distasteful and they make up excuses on why the service writer shouldn't be fired because he has a family. That's not an excuse however you want to play it, he looks compitent enough that he needs to fall on his behind. Figure out how to interact with ALL human beings. Not just the white men that come in after the fact one has been waiting since 2018 this has been my experience. I have no ill bone in my body that i need to worry about others and how they live, but customer service is horrendous lately! Needs new management again! And actually replacing them all will help! More
