Carli and Dalton were good. Car was not detailed. Headliner and backseats were in the same condition as when I test drove the car and I discussed this with salesman. I was told by staff the day that Headliner and backseats were in the same condition as when I test drove the car and I discussed this with salesman. I was told by staff the day that I picked it up, that the car was going to be detailed. When I went to pick up the car, I asked to have the backseat cleaned before I took the car, one small spot in the middle seat was removed, the others remained. Oil life monitor not checked, wasnt sure if oil was changed, tire pressures varied from 29 to 36. Needs a less hectic purchase process and avoid over booking, especially when it comes to the end of the month and cramming a lot of sales in one day. Not fair to the purchaser. More

I spoke to the internet department who helped schedule a time and date to meet with Deanna Cowles. I met with Deanna, talked about my needs (and my wants!), found the car that fit what I was looking for, an time and date to meet with Deanna Cowles.
