Mixed bag Don my sales guy was good. Came Monday for test drive was given a fair price. Went and test drove a accord. Decided on Camry and came back the next da Don my sales guy was good. Came Monday for test drive was given a fair price. Went and test drove a accord. Decided on Camry and came back the next day at 9:30. Car was at another dealership. Was told that I would be called back in a 1/2 hour with time the car would be delivered. Waited over 3 hours no call. Called Don assured I would be getting a call shortly. Waited over another hour and than had to call back. Was told car would be delivered the next day. Came at 4pm on Wednesday to pickup car. Had to wait for insurance to fax something and than did the financing. My wife went out to the car and there was streaks on the car that looked like scratches however it was just the glue from the white protection that is put on cars. Don had them re prepare the car and when my wife went back out the roof of the car was still not cleaned. This was finally corrected. The car that I received the quote on Monday had a sunroof and this car did not. I didn’t want a sunroof but having one was not a deal breaker. This car didn’t have a sunroof so I looked at the sticker price and the msrp price was $1100 less than the car that my deal was negotiated on and a different vin number. All the paperwork including the loan paperwork was for the more money. When I brought this to don’s attention the paperwork was redone. If I hadn’t noticed I would have overpaid over $1100 for the car. The test drive and the price negotiation was great after that the whole thing was a complete circus and quite frankly not very professionally. How no one checked to see if it was the right car with the right price is unfathomable. The attention to detail on the car prep was awful. A car buying process that should have been simple and seamless turned into a very time consuming process that left me frustrated. More

Over all is good, except financial department. schedule payment set by your financing office was little off. It is $0.55 /month higher than actual “loan amortization” schedule !
