Great Service Center The service was quick and not much time consuming. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The service rep was quick and responsive to all The service was quick and not much time consuming. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The service rep was quick and responsive to all my concerns. Also explained to me what would be done, how long it will take and offered if I needed to be drive someplace. The wait is not too long and usually out in less than a hour. This all depends on what is being done. More

VERY long wait just to have car looked at I sat in the waiting room from 8AM until 4PM before my car was even taken in to be diagnosed. When the needed part was obtained, I needed to wait ano I sat in the waiting room from 8AM until 4PM before my car was even taken in to be diagnosed. When the needed part was obtained, I needed to wait another week for an appointment. I needed to leave my car for 2 days to get repaired. I was inconvenienced by having to rent a car as there are no loaner cars. More

SERVICE DEPARTMENT is HORRENDOUS The SERVICE department is full of the worst kind of people. There is only a few who actually attempt to help you ( Jay and Scott) They are only ones The SERVICE department is full of the worst kind of people. There is only a few who actually attempt to help you ( Jay and Scott) They are only ones over my 4+ years of owning my Jeep who has genuinely tried to help me and others I know in their situation. The entire department needs to be cleaned out, minus the two I mentioned above. All they care about is money and they don’t care for the safety of their patrons who drive their vehicles. If you are a woman or do not know anything about cars they will try to rip you off and make you pay for services that should be covered under the insurance you purchased from the sales department. The front desk staff in service who answers the phone are rude and nasty- And leave you on hold for 15-30 minutes at a time . The manager is not so kind himself and seems like a a sleaze who tries to get one over everyone. He does not help at all and just supports the terrible service that goes on there. They have zero costumer service skills. I have heard employees curse at patrons and treat them poorly. If something is wrong with your vehicle they tell you it is what it is and this is what you have to pay and that’s the bottom line even if you have insurance. Honestly I would love to sell my Jeep and get far away from this crappy establishment. I love my Jeep but I would never ever give bayside Jeep my service again because of the awful employees who work there. Things need to turn around . I was even considering getting a new Jeep from there but after all the issues I have been having with service as well as the finance department I definitely will not be purchasing here and will search for another Jeep dealership. And I will be not be recommending this place to anyone ever again. I have referred many to them before even my sister and unfortunately everyone has had the same issues. And as far as the good reviews out there - like I said there are a handful of people who definitely try to help you as best as they could. Those are the people who deserve it. The reviews are all also so fake because they ask you to review the service when you’re getting something basic like an oil change and there is never really an issue there because it’s a basic seemless procedure. So of course you get the great reviews from those cases. BUT When there is something actually wrong with the car - they refuse to help or try to charge you an exponential amount of money to get it fixed in which at that point they don’t ever ask you to give them a review. they have done this to me numerous times in the past so I know it first hand . So basically if you’re a woman or someone who isn’t well versed in cars you’re screwed. Don’t come here it’s all a money making scam. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE DEPARTMENT The service department is filled with COMPLETELY RUDE and ARROGANT people. Even the manager ROBERT KENNEDY I spoke to was rude and disrespectful. Buy The service department is filled with COMPLETELY RUDE and ARROGANT people. Even the manager ROBERT KENNEDY I spoke to was rude and disrespectful. Buy a Jeep ELSEWHERE. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm contemplating ending my lease just to get away from these people. I pay extra money a month to not have to deal with the hassle of flat tires... The service department felt the need to tell me that a "plug" which is a temporary fix meant the car was fixed when IN FACT under state law it's not. I had to call a manager and he even said after being FIRM with him that they have to change the tire. So you're telling me the service department was going to let me drive with a temporary fix while the manager is telling me I need the tire completely changed...? Shady. BRIAN VINCENTE (pictured below) at the service desk basically told me that Jeeps policy is that the tire has to pop before they'll fix it... OH SO I HAVE TO BE IN DANGER FIRST ? OKAY JEEP. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. UPDATE: after going back and forth with Bayside Jeep Service they let us go without fixing or even looking at my tire stating that it was perfectly fine to drive with. I am now on the side of the road stranded with a completely flat tire waiting for a tow truck - which states it'll take 90 minutes for arrival. Also, my car doesn't come with a spare tire because they have "run flat" tires however my tire is SEVERE which is why it went from 40 psi to 0 within seconds. Fustrating My second experience with this service center, still leaves me expecting better. I was told the operation started at 6 AM. I was second on line at 5:4 My second experience with this service center, still leaves me expecting better. I was told the operation started at 6 AM. I was second on line at 5:45 AM and we waited till 6:27 to be written up for the FIRST OIL CHANGE. & a recall that required a computer update. I did not receive car back till 8:00 AM. Your staff needs to have operation ready to RECEIVE CARS WHEN YOU OPEN AT 6:00 AM, you should not be having YOUR CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR THEM TO MOVE CARS., panel trucks in & out. You need to respect the time of your customers, if you say 6 AM then they (the staff) have to be in at 5:30 and be ready to write up work orders at 6:00 AM. More
