First I received a vehicle with a different interior than agreed on. And secondly there seems to be a clear miscommunication between sales and finance. I had to re-write my contract 3 TIMES! Because the verb agreed on. And secondly there seems to be a clear miscommunication between sales and finance. I had to re-write my contract 3 TIMES! Because the verbal deal I made with sales was not met by finance. The whole process just left me feeling like sales will say anything to get you to sign. The last time I signed with finance, jambert said "the #s are all the same" but once I took a look at the difference between the new and previous contract, the #s were NOT! The same and in fact were higher! Jambert failed to explain the key difference in #s between the 2 contracts. I realized my trust was misplaced. I love the vehicle I purchased but definitely did not enjoy the experience of buying it. Much less the back and forth with finance. And Maria had an attitude that was not inviting to say the least. More
