Working with Luis went beyond my already high expectation of world-class customer service. From the moment I stepped in the showroom and met up with Luis, he demonstrated his attentiveness to my needs as a c of world-class customer service. From the moment I stepped in the showroom and met up with Luis, he demonstrated his attentiveness to my needs as a customer, provided options I had not considered, and had an answer for every question I had…even when I was indecisive on my final selection. My entire experience felt like car shopping was zero pressure, which kept me at ease and allowed me to find the perfect vehicle. Luis’s patience is far beyond any sales advisor I’ve ever worked with, and I truly appreciated the full attention I was given until I pulled off the lot in my new ride. Russel BMW has a true gem on their Sales Advisor Team. I would happily return and bring other to work him. Thanks, Luis! More
