Best. Dealership. Experience. Ever. I took my 2014 bmw to Catonsville BMW for service. I am always skeptical about getting my car worked on at a dealer. You usually get treated like a nu I took my 2014 bmw to Catonsville BMW for service. I am always skeptical about getting my car worked on at a dealer. You usually get treated like a number and then they charge way too much as a rule. My service coordinator Brittany treated me so well, I must have thank d her 10 times. No games, fixed my car the first time and treated me very fairly with the cost. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. More

In and out I came in to get my Bluetooth set up to my car. They brought Michael out to help me with it. He then proceeds to ask me if I would like him to go over I came in to get my Bluetooth set up to my car. They brought Michael out to help me with it. He then proceeds to ask me if I would like him to go over a little bit more about the car. I got the car from car max so nobody showed me how the tech works. He went over so much with me and then some. I can tell he loves what he does. It was a great experience. And all of the other service staff members were so nice as well. Great dealership! More
