Great Experience w/ BMW of Catonsville I had a great New Car buying experience w/ BMW of Catonsville. My Client Advisor Benn Edwards was very knowledgeable, polite and engaging. I came in I had a great New Car buying experience w/ BMW of Catonsville. My Client Advisor Benn Edwards was very knowledgeable, polite and engaging. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, custom ordered it & came out with just that. Benn was there to answer any questions along the way. We was able to make a great deal & they were very patient & understanding with me as I worked out the details with my financial institution. What I appreciated most is that he was never pushy or aggressive to make a sale. No constant phone calls or emails like other dealerships. Sigis Skirpa in new car sales management & I were able to work out a deal that worked out for everyone. I appreciate his time, patience & effort. Larry Cash got in the finance dept got me in & out. He pitched his addon items very well. I bought what I bought & he wasn't pushy or aggressive into getting me to buy more. Brittany Cash in the service dept was pleasant & very helpful. Although I haven't officially used the service dept for services, I had service questions that pertained to vehicle I was going to purchase, Her answering questions & directing me to the right people influenced my purchase. Stu Pajares in parts was able to find the items I needed to give my new car the extra touches I WANTED. The car didn't need it because it is beautiful as is but I wanted a few accessories anyway. Also, I didn't catch his name but the dude that did the detailing on the car was awesome. Overall my experience with BMW of Catonsville was a great one. I would definitely recommend them. I love my 2015 Alpine White / Coral Red 428xi Gran Coupè M Sport. I will be returning real soon when it's time to pick up a BMW for my wife in the Summer. More
