Honestly, I was dreading the entire car buying experience. We found a RAV4 they had listed online that we went to see and was pleased that Bernie was nothing but helpful, patient and listened to w experience. We didn't like the car and they didn't attempt to sell us another make and model. Luckily, they did have another RAV4 in stock and we bought it. Shottenkirk was our first stop in what we thought would be a long weekend looking at cars. Amazingly, within a couple hours we were done. Brittany in the office was a pleasure to work with as well. Her attention to detail added a level of comfort we were buying from the right people. We'll certainly shop here again in the future. More
