To begin with, I always scour the internet for as much information as possible before any kind of exciting purchase. After researching the dealership online, reading all the countless positive reviews, and finding the KBB/Edmund's pricing to be excellent, we went in on a Saturday afternoon. It was extremely busy, so that made my husband nervous that we wouldn't get much time from a salesman, but I thought it was an awesome sign that people love shopping here, and it's a popular well-liked dealership. Long story short, the "No Hassle Pricing"/best price upfront was such a time/energy saver. Tom M., the sales manager, Dennis, and Brock made everything go smoothly for us. We love, love, love, our truck and would definitely recommend Courtesy Acura to our friends! More

My salesman, Rick Armijo was helpful and knowledgeable and available when I walked in without calling. He helped me decide on the car and attendant packages and options that suited my needs rather than those that might have benefited the dealership. These cars are complicated and Courtesy provides a technical support person (Leo Falcam) to go over the essential functions of the car and its systems. Leo spent more than 2 hours with me going over the car's features to make sure I understood the systems. His approach was logical and suitable to my level of experience with the various systems. I really appreciated that we took the car on a drive so he could demonstrate the functions that can only be appreciated while driving. Additionally, his services are available to me for as long as I own the car. More

He went to work right away to find the vehicle we were looking for. The RDX was out on loan to another person that was getting service done at the dealership. He brought out another RDX and we took a test drive. He told us the price and then showed us the price for a brand new Acura RDX. Todd showed us the pricing on KBB and Edmunds. Everything was straight forward no games to be played. I traded in my car and I left very happy. The whole staff was great to work with. It was actually a pleasant experience. It ended up not being the car for us but we told Van the other cars we were looking at and he found us the perfect car a Toyota Camry in amazing condition and my husband and I were the first to look at it. There was no pressure to buy and when we decided to buy Van made sure we understood everything that was coming with this. We worked with Andy for our financing and were in and out and the guarantee for my next two oil changes with the car purchase is also amazing! Thank you Van! More

The detailed notes that Broch wrote down about me allowed Charell to step in and handle the sale with ease. Charell fully disclosed every detail involving my trade, the value of my trade, all known flaws with the pre-owned vehicle I was purchasing, and the financing terms. I did not feel pressured at all. More
