There was no hustling, no run arounds, and no pressure sales. Owen provided me with an accetable and reasonable offer on my trade in which I was happy about and it was very close to what KBB and NADA suggested (unlike a few other unnamed greedy dealerships). Brock from financing was able to meet and beat all my expectations for a loan and offer me an unbelievable interest rate (my credit is not great but not too bad either), and it was much lower than what I researched and was expecting. The overall experience at Courtesy Acura was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had (and I would know, because I like to switch cars a lot). The entire process was short (about 2.5 hours from the moment I walked in till I drove out), very easy, and without any hassle. I believe that I got a great deal on exactly what I wanted. I feel like a superbly satisfied customer, and will definitely recommend Courtesy Acura to everyone. All the staff made me feel welcome, and once again provided customer service that was above and beyond. Once again, thank you to Don, Owen, and Brock for an outstanding car buying experience! More

After much research and contacting several dealerships, I made the mistake of going to another dealer (where my RDX was previously serviced) and I ended up walking away. On the same day, I went to Courtesy. The whole experience was totally different. The sales team was helpful and friendly. They demonstrated a commitment to being transparent and fair. There was no game, and no systematic pushback. We all walked away happy, and I now own a brand new car! Courtesy has won my business for service and any future vehicle purchase. More

My experience was clear from the beginning from feeling welcome to expectations, being quick and courteous, to providing our kids with toys to play with and take home to giving me a fair deal on my trade in, great deal on a new vehicle, easy access to test drive on my own with out being bothered, to clean and easy paperwork at the end and specialized attention at the end of the experience ensuring I knew all of the features of the car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I have had 15+ car buying/leasing transactions in my lifetime. Extremely pleased and thank Don and team for taking great care of us. More

Evan walked me through all the bells and whistles this car has. I was quite impressed. I did test drive another SUV the same day. The next afternoon I was back at Courtesy Acura with Evan to purchase the SUV that I test drove. Evan made this purchasing experience refreshingly easy. Their no-haggle pricing eliminates the pressure in purchasing a vehicle. Evan was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. All my questions were answered honestly and thoroughly. I then met with Brock Elison to finalize the financing and paperwork. Before I drove off in my new Acura, Evan hooked up my cell phone and again went through some of the options on this vehicle.
