Everyone from Rodney Thomas, Chuck Morelli, Shaun Bauer, Brooke Kepfer, to Ryan Carter, provided me with excellent customer service. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to the wants and needs when presenting and teaching me about the benefits of the 2019 Honda Pilot. When I first walked into the dealership, the 3 salesmen were hesitant to help me. They all claimed to have an appointment coming up or they were busy with something else. Miguel offered to help after I sai were hesitant to help me. They all claimed to have an appointment coming up or they were busy with something else. Miguel offered to help after I said I wanted to test drive a Fit with a sunroof. I test drove and was ready to work out a deal. It was a frustrating process, but we got through it. Both the finance guy and Brook were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Having someone there to walk me through all the technology on my new car was an awesome touch! Thanks again Brook! More
