Few hiccups, part that had been ordered a week before we arrived came in for the wrong side. Another part needed took a really long time to come in. Lastly, after the car being there for a week it was retu arrived came in for the wrong side. Another part needed took a really long time to come in. Lastly, after the car being there for a week it was returned to be unwashed, which has never happened to me at my home BMW dealership. Brooke did work very hard to track down that second part as there was no confirmed delivery date, so we really appreciated that. The service guys seemed to be doing as much as they could on their end and we appreciated that. More
